PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the quote, with the remaining 50% to be paid within 5 business days of receiving the invoice.

A one-time payment option is available, provided the payment is made before the event date.

We offer flexibility regarding payment terms. Please feel free to contact us for any special requests or to discuss alternative payment options.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, written notice is required, and cancellation fees may apply as follows:

Cancellation 30 to 15 days before the event: no fee.

Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the event: 30% of the deposit.

Cancellation 7 to 3 days before the event: 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 3 days before the event: 100% of the total amount.

If the cancellation is from Madeleine de Proust, a full refund will be issued.
